Your role as an IT and Digital Operations Analyst
As an IT and Digital Operations Analyst, you will contribute to building a reliable, secure, and high-performance technological environment by leading technical projects, optimizing our infrastructure, and evolving our digital tools to support Tel-jeunes' teams.
What you will do concretely
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and evolution of our technological environments (Microsoft 365, AWS, Windows, macOS).
- Conduct regular inventory and review of user accounts, licenses, email addresses, and distribution groups.
- Manage domain names, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations: renewals, audits, and updates.
- Ensure the proper functioning of workstations and provide level 2 technical support to internal teams.
- Monitor the status of systems and report identified anomalies or risks.
- Actively participate in the organization's cybersecurity by coordinating vulnerability tests, analyzing results, and implementing recommendations.
- Participate in compliance obligations, particularly in relation to Law 25.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the direction's technological processes and practices.
- Document environments, configurations, and technical procedures.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technological tools or solutions.
- Stay informed about relevant technological evolutions for the organization.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or DEC in computer science, systems administration, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment (administration, user management, licenses, SharePoint, Teams).
- Good knowledge of AWS environments (cloud service management, security, DNS).
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems (configuration, updates, troubleshooting).
- Understanding of computer security and vulnerability management issues.
- Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation.
- Knowledge of the community sector or social innovation (asset).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
