Accounting Clerk and Administrative Support

Pains & Saveurs is an artisan network ... in full structuring. We are transitioning from a family business to a multi-unit network supported by a centralized production kitchen — and we are looking for support in our accounting and administration department. The accounting clerk and administrative support plays a key role in our project! Join our team!

Accounts Payable

• Receive, verify, and code vendor invoices
• Prepare payments according to negotiated terms
• Track pending invoices and manage follow-ups
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records
• Archive supporting documents in a structured manner

Accounts Receivable

• Issue invoices for corporate accounts and special orders
• Track pending payments and send reminders according to procedure
• Record receipts and apply them to the correct files
• Produce a weekly report of accounts in arrears

Reconciliation and Reports

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial data by branch
• Support the accountant for quarterly financial statements

Administrative Support

• Coordinate the transmission of payroll data to Nethris
• Support employee files and HR
• Maintain digital (Drive) and physical filing
• Support the management in certain administrative tasks

What we are looking for

• Accounting training (AEC/DEC) or relevant experience
• Experience in multi-unit, an asset
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong computer skills, office suite
• Meticulousness, autonomy, and a good sense of priorities
• A genuine curiosity and the desire to learn in a rapidly evolving context
• A positive attitude that contributes to the team's energy
• Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
