Distribution Network Development Director

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will be responsible for building, structuring, and evolving the distribution network to ensure its performance, consistency, and growth.
The mandate will be to implement best practices to effectively manage the current and future network of partners.
Main Responsibilities: Network Governance
- Develop and implement a clear governance framework for the entire distribution network;
- Define roles, responsibilities, expectations, and standards applicable to all distributors;
- Develop policies, procedures, and tools that promote uniform network management.
- Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) for each distributor;
- Develop improvement plans as needed and ensure their follow-up.
- Distributor Experience
- Standardize the experience across the entire network;
- Ensure that partners adhere to quality, service, and brand image standards;
- Identify best practices and share them with the entire network.
- Network Development
- Once the network's foundations are consolidated:
- Identify expansion opportunities in Canada;
- Develop a structured recruitment, evaluation, and selection process for new distributors;
- Implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new partners.
- Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, management, commerce, or any other relevant field;
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing distribution networks, dealerships, franchises, or business partners;
Good experience in governance, continuous improvement, and performance management;
Excellent ability to develop processes and structure organizations;
Inspiring leadership and excellent influence capacity;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Bilingual (French and English)
Availability for occasional travel in Canada.
Desired qualities: Strategic vision, diligence, leadership, results-oriented, and autonomy.
