About the Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for successfully coordinating the processing of IT staffing requests across Canada, from the identification of needs to the submission of candidates and their integration. Reporting to the National Vice President responsible for the Staff Augmentation unit, this person will support sales leaders, internal teams, and external partners.

Management of Internal Clients and Partners

  • Coordinate communications between internal clients, internal talent sources, external vendors, and candidates;
  • Follow up on open requests, candidate status, interviews, and hiring decisions;
  • Support the Vice President in developing strong relationships with external staffing partners to ensure quick and quality submissions;
  • Support pricing discussions and submission coordination;
  • Participate in CV analysis and candidate pre-selection.

Management of Applications and Submissions

  • Review and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements;
  • Communicate with candidates, if necessary, to validate their experience, confirm their interest, and prepare them for submission;
  • Optimize CVs according to GFT standards;
  • Prepare candidate summaries highlighting the fit with client needs;
  • Obtain candidate approval before submission;
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate preparation;
  • Support integration activities, including pre-employment checks, consultant onboarding, and onboarding date coordination;
  • Create and maintain candidate files in the centralized staffing system;
  • Prepare and submit application files to client portals (Fieldglass and other VMS platforms), as needed;
  • Ensure the update of tracking tools, dashboards, and SharePoint reports;
  • Create and update mandates in the staffing system;
  • Coordinate technical evaluations and coding tests when required;
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems;
  • Support the Vice President in report production and KPI tracking;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best results for GFT, its clients, and its partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Full French-English bilingualism, both oral and written;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in a TI recruitment context;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in TI recruitment, preferably in a high-volume contract recruitment environment.
