Description
Governance
- In collaboration with the co-manager - intervention side:
- Develop, update, and ensure the application of policies, procedures, and decisions from various instances.
- Participate in strategic planning, action plan development, service development, and annual report writing.
- Prepare meetings of the Collective, sit as a resource person, and coordinate the annual members' assembly.
- Represent the organization to partners, funders, government agencies, and designated consultation tables by the Collective.
Work Organization - HR
- In collaboration with the co-manager - intervention side:
- Organize and facilitate team meetings.
- Coordinate the work of employees and participate in the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
- Plan daily work organization, schedules, replacements, leaves, and vacations.
- Ensure payroll tracking in collaboration with the accounting technician.
- Monitor absence, health and safety at work files, and workforce needs.
Service Quality
- In collaboration with the co-manager - intervention side:
- Ensure the welcoming, integration, training, support, and evaluation of workers.
- Support the team in interventions, during situations at risk related to domestic violence.
- Accompany and support the work team in evaluation and risk management.
- Ensure necessary follow-ups with concerned partners.
- Foster skill development through access to continuous training.
Representation and Communications
- In collaboration with the co-manager - intervention side:
- Ensure the representation of the organization to partners and concerned instances.
- Coordinate communications and social media management with the administrative assistant.
General Administration
- Manage employee files and update administrative documents.
- Prepare grant applications, financial reports, and contribute to funding research.
- Ensure administrative follow-ups with government agencies and insurers.
Accounting
- In collaboration with the accounting technician:
- Produce employment reports, payrolls, and documents required for annual accounting verification.
- Monitor collective insurance, pension plan, DAS, and financial obligations.
- Participate in budget preparation and tracking.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, invoices, payments, purchases, checks, and donations according to current policies.
- Salary: Starting at $33.78 per hour
