Your role: Account Manager
Manages complete and structured account management: client relations, demand analysis, proposal preparation, internal coordination, and project follow-up.
Take charge of the clients assigned to you and act as the main point of contact, responsible for customer satisfaction and the smooth running of projects.
Your responsibilities: Account Management
- Take charge of the clients assigned to you
- Develop a lasting relationship with the procurement and engineering teams
- Identify new project opportunities
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests
- Proposals and Demand Analysis
- Receive and analyze price requests
- Collaborate with engineering to define suitable solutions
- Prepare and send proposals
- Follow up on opportunities
- Project Follow-up
- Participate in contract reviews
- Ensure clear transfer of information to internal teams
- Follow project progress with the client
Desired profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales environments
- Experience in account management or project coordination
- Strong customer orientation
- Organization and diligence
- Ability to understand technical documents
- Experience in the electrical or electrotechnical sector: an important asset
- Professional English
(oral and written)The position requires good English proficiency to write professional documents, participate in meetings, and communicate with internal partners (group's American subsidiaries) as well as with clients and suppliers mainly based in the United States and Canada. The use of English represents about 30% of working time, divided between written (emails, documentation) and oral (meetings, calls).
