As a Family Support Representative, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for families and visitors. Through your welcoming demeanor, active listening, and professionalism, you will create a reassuring and respectful atmosphere. You will be the compassionate voice on the phone and the friendly face at the reception desk. Your presence will help alleviate a difficult moment and ensure families feel supported with care and dignity.

Main Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls with courtesy and professionalism;
• Understand the request and direct calls appropriately to the right people or departments;
• Welcome families and visitors with respect and empathy;
• Provide high-quality customer service in a sensitive and delicate context;
• Prepare the viewing rooms for exhibitions (place flowers, infographics, etc.);
• Ensure the smooth running of visits and exhibitions in the viewing room;
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet the needs of families and ensure the smooth operation of activities.

Desired Profile

• Excellent communication skills and sense of listening;
• Experience in customer service or reception;
• Discretion, empathy, and professionalism at all times;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in an environment that demands discipline and organizational skills;
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and versatility;
• Ability to work in our various branches in Greater Montreal: having a car is an asset.
