Assistant to the Advisor

We are looking for a meticulous and organized person to support our team of advisors in the administrative management of client files in insurance and investments.

The role essentially involves performing all the administrative work surrounding a sale, allowing advisors to focus on client development and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete insurance and separate fund proposals
• Ensure compliance file tracking
• Verify that all required documents are complete and compliant
• Make follow-up calls to clients
• Coordinate document signing and submissions to insurers
• Track files with insurers and partners
• Update information in the CRM
• Ensure rigorous follow-up until contract implementation

Desired Profile

• Experience in personal insurance or financial services
• Experience with compliance and insurance proposals
• Good understanding of the submission and implementation process
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with clients for follow-ups
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
