MANAGER OF AN AMUSEMENT CENTER

The manager sets the pace and guides his team on the tasks to be performed first. It is a framework that drives his team, while ensuring the management and mastery of his center. He has a very good knowledge of the company and its procedures. He is able to mount commercial operations as well as local partnerships.

Main tasks:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Manage the staff (hiring; training; supervision of employees, as well as the management of schedules.)
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve the company's objectives, including proposing prospecting ideas and maximizing sales.
• Participate in group animation activities and ensure the safety and proper functioning of the games.
