You will supervise a team of representatives before the Labour Relations Board, while ensuring excellence in health and safety at work (SST) and work standards (NT) representations. You will be responsible for quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and develop a team of litigating representatives
  • Establish performance objectives and ensure regular follow-up
  • Cultivate a culture of legal excellence and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare and argue cases before the WCB and administrative tribunals
  • Ensure the quality and proper preparation of each case
  • Supervise billing and performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quebec Bar Association

Relationships & Compliance

  • Manage strategic relationships with clients and internal advisors
  • Ensure continuous training and tracking of case law
  • Maintain high standards in the protection of personal information

Experience & Accreditation

  • Lawyer admitted to the Quebec Bar (minimum 10 years of practice)
  • Significant experience in representing before the WCB/Labour Relations Board

Legal Expertise

  • Demonstrated expertise in SST (LATMP, LSST) and work standards
  • In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Solid understanding of the rules of procedure of administrative tribunals
