IT Platform Administrator

The Services Exchange, Integration and Data Management team is responsible, among other things, for the implementation and evolution of the Data Protection Movement platforms, including common, simple and efficient services such as Data Protection using de-identification mechanisms. As an IT Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for operating the data protection services. In a multidisciplinary and agile team context, you will support the development teams in delivering data de-identification projects. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Configuring the various components of the de-identification tool and providing support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the data protection application platform.
• Participating in deployments and production activities.
• Operating, monitoring, and taking action to ensure the stability of the platform using advanced web and network analysis tools.
• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, determining the causes of low to high severity incidents, tracking system-related issues, and ensuring their resolution.
• Keeping inventories, technical documentation, and operational procedures up to date.
• Contributing to the automation of recurring tasks and continuous process improvement.
• Producing operational indicators, statistics, and reports.
• Supporting developers in executing commands, researching solutions, and addressing production issues.
• Producing documents describing installation, maintenance, and operation procedures for the application platform, and occasionally updating solution architecture documents.

What you will bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in platform administration
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• French language proficiency required
• Knowledge of continuous delivery products: GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Concourse CI, Vault
• Knowledge of Windows environments, managed file transfers, and relational databases
• Knowledge of the web domain (HTTP protocol, web servers, reverse proxies, web services, etc.)
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Agile environments: Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 (Toad), ETL
• Occasional availability required to participate in deployment activities outside normal working hours, including evenings and nights, as needed for operational requirements
