Do you know the realities and particularities of the health network and wish to put your recruitment expertise at the service of a dynamic and mobilized team? Demonstrating leadership, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of attraction and recruitment strategies in nursing and cardiopulmonary care.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Service in Attraction and Recruitment, in collaboration with the Sector Head, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to managers in attraction and recruitment, taking into account the clinical realities of nursing and cardiopulmonary care.
- Develop targeted attraction strategies tailored to the profiles sought, highlighting the care environments.
- Provide expertise in analyzing complex files, particularly in contexts of shortages in critical sectors (emergency, intensive care, operating room).
- Produce indicators and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and their impact on the field.
- Support the recruitment team on a daily basis by ensuring alignment with service orientations and needs to be filled.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of recruitment processes, particularly for positions covered by the FIQ.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions (colleges, universities) and organizations to foster the succession in nursing and inhalotherapy.
- Participate in recruitment activities and represent the organization by promoting careers in health and its values.
- Collaborate on cross-cutting projects aimed at continuous improvement of practices and attracting talent.
- Learn about other team processes and functions to develop your versatility and support other categories as needed.

You hold
- Bachelor's degree in administrative sciences, particularly in human resources or industrial relations.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience as a professional in recruitment.
- Mastery of new approaches in attraction and recruitment of talent.
- Experience in team support.
- Initiative and a constant concern for improving services and processes.
- Agility, a great sense of organization and prioritization of activities.
- Leadership with influence and the ability to exercise functional authority over your team.
- A concern for providing outstanding customer service.
- The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Significant ease in using technological tools and software.
The selected candidate must also
- Have access to a vehicle for occasional travel in the Laurentians territory.
- Be available occasionally outside normal office hours to participate in visibility events (e.g., job fairs, career days, etc.).
