Financial Analysis and Performance

• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial analyses and the analysis of discrepancies between actual results and the budget.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Produce management reports and analyses for the executive team.
• Support the Director of Finance in profitability analyses, special projects, and decision-making.

Production Costs and Inventory

• Participate in inventory tracking and production cost analysis.
• Contribute to maintaining cost standards and identifying significant discrepancies.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the reliability of financial and operational data.

KPIs, Systems, and Continuous Improvement

• Produce and maintain financial and operational performance indicators.
• Develop and improve management dashboards.
• Participate in the implementation, testing, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system.
• Contribute to the automation and improvement of financial processes.
• KEY PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• CPA obtained or in the process of obtaining (important asset).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or management accounting.
• Strong interest in the manufacturing sector and cost analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools (asset).
• Rigor, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work in a growing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
