Your Mandate

You analyze permit applications and issue permits, certificates, and authorizations. You issue public domain occupancy authorizations, popularize regulations to citizens, and oversee and follow up on permit application processes. More specifically, you:

  • Verify and analyze documents submitted in the context of permit, certificate, and authorization applications to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Approve or reject these applications.
  • Ensure follow-up and propose necessary measures to make applications compliant.
  • Ensure in-person presence at the permit counter to directly answer citizen questions and record permit applications.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • College diploma in specialized studies, appropriate sector and profile such as architectural technology or urban planning and development technology
  • 2 years of experience related to the responsibilities of the position, specifically in building inspection or permit issuance
