Hours: 35 hours/week, variable schedule, according to operational needs (mostly daytime, evening and weekend occasionally), minimum of 2 days in-person, including Mondays | The minimum presence threshold on the work sites will increase to 3 days per week, effective September 14.

The population profile of the borough's territory is very diverse, and its neighborhoods have distinct characteristics with socio-economic, social mix and cohabitation issues that need to be considered on a daily basis.
Your Mandate
With a cross-cutting approach, you work in collaboration with the different teams of the borough on files related to the division's areas of expertise, such as issues related to homelessness. You assume a leading role as a resource person and ensure effective follow-up of the files you collaborate on. You produce reports and statistics and ensure that support staff for organizations have all the information required to meet the specific needs of the clientele. More specifically, you:
- communicate with organizations to understand their needs and offer appropriate services;
- prepare contracts and agreements according to the standards and directives issued and ensure the compliance of the documents submitted;
- review reports and intervene with organizations to request corrections, if necessary, and ensure the follow-up of these corrections;
- maintain various registers on organizations, compile data, analyze it and produce statistics related to the activities;
- maintain harmonious relationships with the population, the organizations in the field and the staff.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- College diploma in administration, community action or social work
- 1 year of experience in the management or support of community organizations and in the coordination of social development projects, particularly in social cohabitation and with homeless people
- Computer, interpersonal and writing skills as well as knowledge of issues related to vulnerable populations, desirable
