Our client, a growing Quebec-based company, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Human Capital Management Director, the selected individual will act as a strategic partner to managers while ensuring the administration, optimization, and evolution of the HR information system.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on human capital management and best HR practices.
  • Support talent development, training, and organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and programs.
  • Foster employee engagement and a positive employment experience throughout the employment cycle.
  • Guide managers on workplace relations, CNESST, labor standards, and salary equity.
  • Maintain a healthy, respectful work environment in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer, optimize, and ensure the quality of HR data in the SIRH.
  • Produce reports, performance indicators, and HR dashboards.
  • Support various HR processes, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, and onboarding.
  • Manage user access, data privacy, and provide technical and training support.
  • Participate in optimization, automation, and implementation projects for HR technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in administering and optimizing an SIRH.
  • Knowledge of UKG (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the complete payroll cycle.
  • Bilingualism in French-English (a plus) for communicating with English-speaking parties (30%).
