As an Organizational Development Advisor, you will contribute to evolving practices, skills, and employee experience at the national level at Englobe. You will participate in the deployment of structuring initiatives aimed at supporting engagement, team efficiency, and the adoption of new ways of working.
You will play an important role in the implementation of national programs, change management, and the continuous improvement of development practices in collaboration with the HR teams, managers, business units, and various partners.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and deployment of national initiatives in organizational development, skills development, employee experience, engagement, and change management.
- Analyze organizational needs, HR data, survey results, and employee feedback to identify trends, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the design and implementation of programs, tools, frameworks, and solutions that promote skills development, mobilization, and the evolution of organizational practices.
- Support managers and teams in the adoption of new practices, tools, processes, or ways of working, ensuring a structured, collaborative, and human approach to change management.
- Conduct impact analyses, contribute to stakeholder identification, and support the development of accompaniment, communication, mobilization, and adoption plans.
- Prepare guides, presentations, dashboards, reports, recommendations, and tracking tools to support the deployment of initiatives and decision-making.
- Ensure the governance and follow-up of projects under your responsibility, including schedules, deliverables, risks, success indicators, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent and integrated implementation of initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of deployed initiatives, analyze results, and formulate recommendations to ensure their relevance, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with internal partners by demonstrating listening, judgment, agility, and a strong customer orientation.
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
What Makes You Unique
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, organizational psychology, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
- Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, skills development, change management, employee experience, or HR program management.
- Experience in the deployment of national, multisite, or multidisciplinary projects, programs, or initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of organizational development practices, including skills development, engagement, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Strong skills in program and project management, including planning, prioritization, coordination, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze data, draw clear conclusions, and formulate pragmatic and action-oriented recommendations.
- Experience in change management, including impact analysis, communication, stakeholder mobilization, and support for adoption.
- Excellent relational skills and ability to build trust relationships with diverse partners.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to quickly understand organizational needs, realities, and priorities.
- Excellent communication, writing, synthesis, and popularization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an evolving environment.
Asset
- Proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written
- Member of the CHRA/CRIA
- Relevant certification or training in change management or project management, such as Prosci, PMP, or CAPM.
