We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic tight-knit team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients contacting us by phone and email, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help foster strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Duties

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our products and services
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases
• Manage customer accounts using Shopify, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to coordinate customer requests and follow up on ongoing projects
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improving service quality and client satisfaction

Skills

• Strong communication skills in French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen to customer needs
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies
• Familiarity with crafts, knitting and the yarn market is a plus

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
