Customer Experience / Expérience Client

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused representative to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively providing proactive and prompt support to our customers through multiple communication channels. Assisting customers find the best solution in the most efficient way while working within the confines of our company’s policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of customer relationship management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Company’s core values of Integrity, Service, and Quality
• Answer all customer inquiries by telephone/email with courtesy and professionalism within a reasonable time frame.
• Document incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date
• Process orders, forms, applications, or requests
• Keep company customer database current
• Provide technical support for residential water pumps
• Prepare paperwork for warranty claims
• Work in close collaboration with Outside Sales Representatives
• Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Adheres and supports company's Safety and Environmental policies and practices

Qualifications and Skills

• Dynamic and courteous, able to work well independently and in a team
• Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the business
• Bilingual with fluency in French/English, written and spoken required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Autonomous, precise, dependable, shows initiative
• Must be a self-starter, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Knowledge of basic plumbing or water pumping, an asset
