Restaurant Manager –

Montreal Region

We are looking for a manager to join our dynamic team. We operate several traditional brewery-style restaurants in Montreal and its surroundings, including Le Manoir and Station des Sports.

The selected candidate may be required to travel between different locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operations of the restaurant
• Supervise, lead, and motivate staff in the dining room and kitchen
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage schedules, training, and performance of staff
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Participate in cost control, inventory management, and ordering
• Quickly intervene to resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management
• Experience in brewery or high-volume establishment (a significant asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) required
• Must have a vehicle and be available to travel between locations
• Availability on evenings and weekends
• Leadership, autonomy, and excellent stress management
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $40,000 to $70,000 per year
