We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and passionate individual with a knack for human interaction to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Main Responsibilities

• Appointment Management: Take incoming client calls, identify their needs for maintenance or repair, and efficiently schedule appointments at the service department by optimizing our technicians' schedules.
• Lead Development and Follow-up: Maximize and actively work on our internal contact lists to re-engage clients for their preventive maintenance, safety reminders, or seasonal follow-ups.
• Top-notch Customer Service: Provide a warm, professional telephone greeting and ensure smooth communication between clients and the workshop team.

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive field (a major asset).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new database management software.
