We are currently seeking a Supply Planner / Buyer to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. If you enjoy dynamic environments where each day is different and you want to play a key role in the smooth operation of our business, we would like to meet you!

Your Role

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to orders, purchases, supply, and inventory management to ensure a flawless customer experience and efficient operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

Order Management (Sales Orders)

• Ensure the complete processing of customer orders, from receipt to invoicing.
• Enter orders into the ERP system (Zoho).
• Coordinate necessary purchases to fulfill orders.
• Track orders with suppliers and customers.
• Confirm receipt of goods in the system in collaboration with the warehouse.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Track payments and balances before shipping when required.
• Provide shipping tracking information and respond to customer inquiries.
• Supply and Inventory Management
• Plan and execute purchases from suppliers.
• Participate in supply container planning and coordination.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts and surpluses.
• Create, update, and maintain product sheets in the system (codes, descriptions, costs, selling prices, price lists, etc.).
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supplier Warranty Management
• Manage warranty claims with suppliers.
• Track warranty files and communicate relevant information to customers.
• Operational Support
• Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the success of the company.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in supply, purchasing, or order management.
• Experience with an ERP system or inventory management software (Zoho or equivalent).
• Experience with Shopify (an asset).
• Excellent command of both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Compensation: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
