Team Manager

We are a young Quebec company that is reinventing luxury home cleaning.

The Position

We are looking for a team leader who will be able to:

• Train new hires on the technical cleaning standards of the house, safety protocols, and the use of Quebec products we work with
• Coordinate the setup of cleanings: scheduling, team allocation, respecting each client's personalized preferences (noted in our customer portal)
• Supervise the quality of work done in the field and ensure that every client has a consistent experience, no matter who comes to their home
• Act as a product reference: be well-versed in the cleaning products used (composition, optimal usage, safety, compatibility according to surfaces) to properly train the team and answer questions
• Be the link between the field and management: raise issues, propose improvements to processes
• Desired Profile
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning (an asset if already in team management)
• Good knowledge of cleaning products (types of products, usage precautions, eco-friendly/Quebec products is a strong asset)
• Natural leadership, comfortable with training and managing a team
• Sense of organization and rigor — multiple schedules and clients to juggle
• Comfortable with digital tools (shared calendar, customer portal, management applications)
• Attention to detail and sense of service for high-end clientele
• Valid driver's license
