CHSLD Age3 inc. includes two long-term care facilities: CHSLD St-Jude and CHSLD Saint-Vincent-Marie. Our human resources team is at the heart of supporting our staff and managers to provide quality care to our residents.

YOUR ROLE:

Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Department, you manage the administrative aspects of health and safety at work (CNESST), disability, and salary insurance for both facilities, as well as social benefits. You are a field person, rigorous, comfortable in a unionized environment, and well-versed in the health network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK – CNESST

Receive, analyze, and process work accident and occupational disease files

Write reports, compensation requests, disputes, and arguments to the CNESST

Create and track the status of employees' files under the LATMP

Prepare files for medical exams and expertises

Coordinate return-to-work and reintegration strategies with managers

Produce OHS tracking tables and provide recommendations to the HR Director

Ensure vigilance on good OHS practices and play an advisory role to partners DISABILITY AND SALARY INSURANCE: Follow the medical-administrative aspects of long-term absence files

Manage collective insurance files (memberships, modifications, arrears)

Process requests related to the retirement regime (service purchase, progressive retirement)

Process leave requests in accordance with collective agreements (Logibec)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • MANDATORY CRITERIA – your application will not be considered without these elements
  • Experience in the health and social services network (CISSS, CIUSSS, CHSLD or equivalent)
  • Experience in an HR office of the network, including CNESST and disability file management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions in a unionized environment

Education

DEC in general administration, office techniques, accounting, and management or related college discipline (required)

Additional training in OHS (asset)

Technical Skills:

Excellent written French – spelling, grammar, and quality writing (letters, reports, administrative correspondence)

Proficiency in Word and Excel, minimum intermediate level (used daily)

Knowledge of the Logibec software (important asset)

Knowledge of the LATMP and CNESST processes (required)

Personal Skills: Rigor, sense of organization, and priority management in a multi-file context

Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Comfort communicating with managers, unions, and external partners

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
