We are recruiting: Customer Liaison Agent – Body Shop

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer service-oriented customer liaison agent to join our team. You will be the main point of contact between our clients, insurers, and our production team to provide a simple, transparent, and professional experience at every stage of the repair process.

Your role

• Welcome clients and guide them throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate communications between clients, insurers, and estimators.
• Track files from opening to vehicle delivery.
• Inform clients about the progress of the work and answer their questions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle entries and exits.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to client satisfaction.
• The desired profile
• Experience in customer service; experience in body shop, insurance, or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit.
• Good computer skills. Knowledge of Serti, Mitchell, Progi software.
• Valid driver's license.
