Job Description What will you do?

• Be the main point of contact for our customers across all communication channels;
• Document in detail and accurately the interactions with customers;
• Act as a liaison between customers and our internal departments to ensure the resolution of all issues;
• Maintain expert knowledge of our order management process, merchandise trends, customer marketing programs, and policies and procedures;
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handling time, case quality, tele-service, and first-call resolution;
• Provide an exceptional and memorable experience while building and nurturing customer relationships to foster brand loyalty;
• Be an ambassador for Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. and represent the company's culture and values positively, which include respect, integrity, growth, and engagement.
• Qualifications Who are you?
• College diploma in administration (or equivalent);
• One (1) year of experience in customer service (experience in a call center or retail store is an asset);
• Excellent customer service skills, good decision-making, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Bilingualism required (French and English – both oral and written);

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00
• PM to 9:00 PM, and weekends, 9:00

AM to 5:00 PM.
