Salary $25.58/hour

Under the direction of the coordinator - programming, planning, and reservation of the service, the job holder records customer travel reservation requests in an automated dispatch software. They ensure the tracking of travel time confirmations to the customer.

Main Tasks

Record customer travel reservation requests according to established procedures and standards;

Ensure the tracking of travel time confirmations to the customer;

Provide the customer with all necessary information to understand the service.

Required Qualifications

Completed high school diploma

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in French

Experience in a call center or reservation center, an asset

• Strong attention to the quality of verbal communications and a sense of customer service
• Ability to manage 150 to 200 calls per day
• Knowledge of passenger transportation

Experience with the disabled, an asset

• Reservation center hours are from 6:30
• AM to 7:00 PM
• Monday to
• Friday and from 7:30
• AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

For student candidates: We require availability on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, during the holiday season, and during the summer period

For occasional candidates: We require a minimum of two (2) days of work between Friday and Sunday. In addition to the two (2) days, it is mandatory to declare availability for all holidays.
