Context:

The Project Controls and Reporting Coordinator supports project controls, information tracking, and reporting activities. He plays a key role in consolidating data, preparing monitoring deliverables, and coordinating reporting activities with the project’s Leads.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Maintaining the accuracy, quality, and consistency of project registers, tracking tools, and databases.
  • Coordinating the collection of information from the team to consolidate clear, structured reporting delivered within required timelines.
  • Preparing, consolidating, and formatting periodic reports, dashboards, tracking indicators, and project summaries.
  • Providing support for the development of PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, project committees, and management reviews.
  • Verifying the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data before distribution.
  • Following up with stakeholders to obtain missing information or resolve inconsistencies.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting and project controls tools, templates, and processes.
  • Handling confidential, sensitive, or strategic project information with a high level of discretion.
  • Supporting the project team in the preparation of monitoring, coordination, and presentation deliverables.
  • Contributing to the effective delivery of project controls activities through a rigorous, structured, and proactive approach.

Profile/Skills

Education : University or college diploma in engineering, project management, administration, data analysis, or a related field.

Years of experience : Two to five years of relevant experience in project coordination, reporting, project controls, data management, or project team support.

Technical competencies :* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong ability to structure, analyze, and present information clearly and accurately.
  • Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, project tracking tools, and management presentations.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, both in French and in English*
