As a Program Director, you contribute to transforming the trajectories of 0-18-year-old services and their families. At the helm of a multidisciplinary team, you will have a strategic role, in a context of reorganization, human and mobilizing, at the heart of innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will favor performance and interdepartmental collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Developmental Trajectories and Youth Coordinator DI-TSA-DP, you will ensure the implementation of integrated services for the 0-18-year-old clientele. You will mobilize, supervise, and support clinical teams in a healthy and stimulating work environment. You will oversee the updating, by the specific and specialized adaptation and rehabilitation service teams, in order to meet the needs of users. You will assume responsibility for the services and your responsibilities include:

  • Actively participate in the implementation of the integrated service offer (Act Early, DL, DMJ, DITSA) in the spirit of the DI-TSA-DP service range
  • Ensure partnership and consultation relations with community institutions and organizations, school and preschool environments, and the intersectoral environment
  • Ensure human resources management, budget tracking, performance indicator tracking, complaint management in an objective of continuous quality improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments and ensure the interaction and complementarity of your programs' activities with those of the establishment
  • Maintain proximity management by ensuring presence in the various sites where the teams are located.

Education

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to the function

Experience

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience related to the function
  • Accumulate at least two (2) years of experience in an intermediate supervisory role
  • Possess relevant experience that can compensate for some requirements (model phrase to be respected)

Specific Knowledge

  • Ability to mobilize teams for a major transformation according to an approach focused on teamwork, partnership, and change management
