As a Head of Sector - Hardware Installations, Operations and Grounds Maintenance, you will play a central role in managing an essential sector for the quality of care and the user experience. Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Head of Hardware Installations Service, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of hardware installations, general operations, and grounds maintenance across your entire sector, from Prévost to Huberdeau. You play a key role in planning, coordinating, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance activities of your sector, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of the services offered. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure effective management of your team, optimize work organization, and ensure compliance with current standards, methods, and procedures
  • Manage all resources of your sector (personnel, budget, information), ensuring regular maintenance of installations, developing personnel skills, and rigorous contract tracking
  • Participate in determining the sector's major priorities, defining objectives, and implementing the necessary actions to achieve the targeted results
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and partners to provide coordinated, secure, and high-quality services
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of work methods, support organizational changes, and foster a positive and motivating work environment

Education

  • College diploma in building technology or any other related discipline

Experience

  • Hold a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience related to the function
  • Accumulate at least one (1) year of experience in an intermediate supervisory role
  • Possess relevant experience that can compensate for some requirements
