Front Desk Agent

Status: Part-time, occasional and regular replacement

Hours: Morning shift (6:45 AM to 3:00 PM) or evening shift (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM), including at least one weekend every two weeks

Immediate Supervisor: General Manager

The Front Desk Agent is the first person clients meet upon arrival. They play a key role in the client experience by offering a warm, professional welcome, and continuous assistance throughout their stay. They also ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Provide information about the hotel, services offered, and local tourist attractions
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Process transactions, payments, and billing
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the reception area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service
• Handle unexpected situations with calm and efficiency

Desired Profile

• Experience in customer service (hospitality experience is an asset)
• Computer proficiency: ability to use hotel management software, email writing, etc.
• Good appearance, professional attitude, and polished language
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously. Application of procedures
• Flexibility: availability to work variable hours (morning or evening), including one weekend every two weeks
• Excellent French both spoken and written; functional English
