Summary of the role and responsibilities The Clinical-Administrative Coordinator – Manager of Fleury Hospital (inpatient stays) performs their functions under the responsibility of the Director of Community Hospital Management (Fleury Hospital, Jean Talon Hospital). They manage the coordination of services related to hospital management, including medicine, cardiology, intensive care, emergency, surgery, and 3 outpatient sectors (Day Medicine, Clinical Admission, and Pain Clinic). They coordinate all activities related to the evaluation of the quality of care and services provided to the Fleury Hospital clientele and actively contribute to the development, follow-up, and implementation of the various objectives pursued by these services. They work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team of the site. They establish an efficient communication mechanism with the Fleury Hospital staff, the interdisciplinary team members, and maintain quality partnerships with the various internal and external collaborators. More specifically, they exercise their leadership in: 1) The alignment between the services of Fleury Hospital to ensure the continuity of care and services and the respect of organizational guidelines according to a client-centered approach focused on satisfaction; 2) Close collaboration with the medical co-managers to ensure adequate professional oversight in all services; 3) The vigilance and implementation of administrative, development, and harmonization mandates across the Fleury Hospital; 4) The monitoring and improvement of clinical practices, the vigilance of the accreditation process, the development of interdisciplinarity and the patient-partner approach in collaboration with the Quality, Evaluation, Performance, Organizational Performance, and Ethics Department, as well as the professional practice sector of the professional services, nursing services, and multidisciplinary services departments; 5) The implementation of appropriate measures regarding emergency situations that may arise at Fleury Hospital and their follow-up; 6) The operationalization of services and the development of teams towards the deployment of innovative initiatives adapted to the needs of the Fleury Hospital clientele; 7) Active participation in positioning our organization as a top employer, i.e., an attractive and welcoming, accessible and excellent, community-anchored organization that improves and innovates thanks to the strength of each; 8) Proactive, mobilizing, and facilitating support for leaders and collaborators to support the realization of organizational projects, promote change adhesion, and contribute to the achievement of the establishment's objectives; 9) Actively participates in positioning our organization as a top employer, i.e., an attractive and welcoming, accessible and excellent, community-anchored organization that improves and innovates thanks to the strength of each. Requirements Requirements * Bachelor's degree in nursing or a combination of three recognized certificates; * Second-cycle diploma in a discipline related to the function; * Member in good standing of the Order of Nurses and Nurses of Quebec; * Minimum of five years of clinical experience in short-term care; * Three years of team management experience.
