About Agrikom
Agrikom is a dealer specializing in agricultural, municipal, and construction machinery. To support the company's growth, we are seeking an Operational Performance Analyst responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the after-sales service operations.
The incumbent works closely with management, the parts department, the service, and sales to improve the company's operational performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturer warranty files and ensure their compliance before transmission.
- Track and analyze Work In Progress (WIP) and propose necessary corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
- Produce reports and analyses requested by management.
- Monitor connected machines, preventive maintenance, and warranty expirations.
- Schedule equipment fleet maintenance.
- Prepare data for calculating technicians' payroll.
- Administer the department's computer tools, including diagnostic software, technical equipment, and associated systems.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, operations management, agricultural equipment, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agricultural machinery dealership representing multiple manufacturers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing manufacturer warranties.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing Work In Progress (WIP).
- Experience in developing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with an ERP system in a dealership environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) as well as Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic files autonomously.
Assets
- Experience with telematics and connected machines systems.
- Knowledge of diagnostic software used in the agricultural machinery sector.
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Desired Profile
The candidate must be fully operational upon starting and have an excellent understanding of how an agricultural machinery dealership functions. They must be able to autonomously assume all responsibilities of the position and support management in improving the company's operational performance.
Depending on the company's needs and demonstrated results, the incumbent may eventually evolve into broader management responsibilities.
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year
Location: On-site
