Come play an essential role in the Laurentides as a director's attaché. In this capacity, you will assist the president of the Board of Physicians, Dentists, Pharmacists and Midwives in the exercise of his administrative and professional functions by providing high-level strategic and organizational support. You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the administrative sector, the follow-up of files, as well as the coordination of relations with the various internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the president of the CMDPSF
- Organize, coordinate and ensure the logistics of the CMDPSF committees, including the planning of meetings, taking notes, writing minutes and following up on decisions.
- Follow up on the files and committees of the CMDPSF and ensure their proper conduct
- Process the requests sent to the president of the CMDPSF and respond appropriately
- Manage and resolve common situations autonomously, informing the president and the follow-up manager
- Coordinate the work of the administrative team to promote the efficiency of operations and the achievement of objectives
- Ensure the quality control of documents and propose improvement tracks for the organization of work and services offered
- Manage the fees of physicians, dentists, pharmacists and midwives
- Ensure liaison with the various partners on behalf of the CMDPSF

Requirements
- Several training paths are recognized to access the position of director's attaché:
- College studies certificate (AEC) relevant to 800 hours and more, combined with relevant experience in the field
- College diploma (DEC) in general administration, accounting and management techniques, office techniques or in any other relevant discipline recognized by the competent ministry
- College diploma (DEC) in pre-university or general studies combined with a bachelor's degree or university certificate in a relevant discipline recognized by the competent ministry
- Hold a minimum of two (2) years of experience with a senior manager
- Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
Tests to Pass
- Word beginner and intermediate
- Excel beginner and intermediate
- Advanced French
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
