Responsibilities
- Verify and validate the compliance of documents in sales files and in the GED (Electronic Document Management), including rigorous tracking of missing or pending documents.
- Prepare and forward files and invoices to notaries.
- Support brokers in the use of platforms such as Centris, Matrix, and eZmax.
- Assist the agency director in their daily tasks.
- Respond to emails and handle routine administrative follow-ups.
- Place orders for office supplies for the agency.
- Maintain the agency's Drive and its documents up-to-date.
- Contribute to updating the agency's activity and training calendar.
- Welcome clients at the reception.
- Contribute to maintaining the general cleanliness of the office.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed by the agency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Office suite and Google tools.
- Sense of organization, motivation, and concern for well-done work.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Interest in the real estate domain.
- Knowledge of agency management or the real estate brokerage universe: a considerable asset, but not required.
- Availability for a fully in-person position at our L'Ancienne-Lorette office.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, between 35 to 40 hours per week.
