• Your responsibilities
• Participate and implement the maintenance strategy for the property portfolio;
• Optimize preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and operating costs;
• Mobilize, coach, and develop the asset management team;
• Deploy a high-performance business model and promote continuous improvement;
• Prioritize interventions based on risks, client needs, and operational priorities;
• Plan and manage short, medium, and long-term asset maintenance budgets;
• Establish standards, tools, and performance indicators;
• Ensure a comprehensive view of the portfolio's condition and required investments;
• Manage suppliers and strategic contracts.
• Collaborate with design, construction, operations, and procurement teams to ensure the longevity and ease of maintenance of buildings;
• Demonstrate strong leadership in OHS and promote a culture of prevention and accountability.
• Required qualifications, experience, and skills
• 10 years of experience in a related field;
• 5 years of experience in management;
• Knowledge of operations management;
• Knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep;
• Knowledge of the longevity of real estate and motorized assets.
