YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Advisor, in collaboration with the Go RH recruitment firm, publishes all job postings for the Lobe Clinics network and recruits the best candidates. They also ensure the planning, coordination, and operational follow-up of the Audioquoi (Rise) program, ensuring the quality of the experience for candidates, partners, and participating clinics. More specifically:
Recruitment for Clinics and Head Office
- Collaborate with the Go RH recruitment firm and managers to determine recruitment needs for various departments and clinics.
- Establish precise criteria for each position to be filled.
- Search for potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional platforms.
- Analyze resumes and information provided by candidates.
- Conduct second-round interviews in collaboration with managers.
- Organize and coordinate the various stages of the interview process.
- Present preselected candidates to department or clinic managers.
- Manage job posting requests.
- Develop, improve, and implement tools, processes, and systems to optimize recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
- Represent the organization and actively participate in various recruitment activities, including job fairs, career fairs, and events organized by educational institutions.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer, such as preparing various reports, dashboards, and summaries related to the talent acquisition process.
Recruitment - Audioquoi Program
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities of the Audioquoi program, including promotional activities, information sessions, selection interviews, clinic visits, and immersion internships.
- Ensure communication and liaison between Lobe clinics, educational institutions, external partners, and candidates.
- Search for and attract potential students and candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate the selection process and interviews for candidates wishing to participate in the program.
- Collaborate on the design, organization, and animation of activities for students, including workshops, training, and events.
- Develop and improve tools and processes necessary for the smooth functioning and evolution of the program.
- Participate in promotion and employer branding initiatives to raise awareness of the program and professions in the field of auditory health.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer, such as preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries related to the activities and results of the Audioquoi program.
- YOUR PROFILE
- Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration with a concentration in human resources, or any other relevant discipline.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, multisite recruitment, and process staffing coordination, ideally in the healthcare sector or a network of clinics.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Excellent oral and written French language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfort with digital tools, web platforms, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Professional judgment and ability to evaluate candidates with discernment.
- Sense of organization, diligence, and ability to manage priorities.
- Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.
