Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

TS Imagine is building an agency marketing system, an artificial intelligence layer that operates continuously to qualify leads, automate campaigns, monitor competitors, and provide sales teams with actionable insights in real time.

This is not a traditional marketing automation role. This position sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence systems, revenue operations, and capital markets expertise.

As an Agency Marketing Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end system: its architecture, infrastructure, and daily operations. You will have the freedom to select the technologies and tools that will make up the solution. You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer as well as the sales teams to integrate artificial intelligence at every stage of the sales cycle, from initial interest signals to transaction closure.

This is a founding, senior-level role within an agile and high-performing marketing team. We are looking for someone who has already designed, deployed, and operated an agency marketing system in a production environment, ideally in a highly regulated sector, and understands the technical, operational, and organizational challenges that this entails.

WHAT YOU WILL DESIGN AND OPERATE

The role covers four key operational capabilities. You will be responsible for determining how to design, integrate, and make them work together.

  • Commercial Intelligence - Real-time account prioritization using CRM data and intent data, with continuous opportunity signals sent to sales teams.
  • Campaign Automation - Development of maturation journeys triggered by prospect behaviors and self-adjusting campaign logics that can operate without manual intervention.
  • Sales Activation - Making the most relevant content available at the right time in the sales cycle, as well as automating the management and updating of the content library.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Continuous monitoring of activities and signals from competitors, with automated updates to competitive profiles integrated into sales processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and take ownership of the agency marketing system architecture, including infrastructure, data model, agent design, and technology tool selection.
  • Design and deploy language model-based agents for lead qualification, content recommendation, and competitive intelligence, setting up appropriate evaluation frameworks and human intervention checkpoints when business needs require.
  • Build the data pipeline connecting the CRM, intent data, web analytics data, and advertising platforms to create a unified and continuously updated signal.
  • Ensure the operation of the system in production, including monitoring its performance, diagnosing and fixing failures, retraining models, and evolving agent logic based on market conditions and business needs.
  • Define and track performance metrics for all features, then present the results to the Chief Marketing Officer and the revenue growth leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand which signals and information actually contribute to advancing business opportunities and closing sales, then design solutions based on these metrics.
  • Work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure the system is integrated into campaigns, events, and content creation and management processes.
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing technologies (*MarTech*), revenue operations (*Revenue Operations*), growth engineering (*Growth Engineering*), or a related field. A software engineering background is not required, but you must be able to design, deploy, and operate systems in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and operating an agency marketing system in a production environment, within a financial technology company or a highly regulated sector. This is an essential requirement.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, with a good understanding of business sales cycles, account-based marketing (*Account-Based Marketing - ABM*), and data and signals that drive opportunities to close sales.
  • Experience in deploying and operating cloud-based systems in production, with comfort in making infrastructure decisions and assuming its reliability and availability.

Industry Knowledge

  • Excellent understanding of the B2B financial services sector, including software procurement processes by financial institutions, their business priorities, and the compliance and procurement requirements that influence the sales cycle.
  • Strong interest and demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, with knowledge of the domain tools and architectures as well as hands-on experience using large language models (LLM) to solve business problems in production.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in modern marketing technologies, with the ability to evaluate, integrate, and orchestrate the tools that make up an agentic revenue system, including digital advertising platforms, analytics, cloud infrastructure, AI, CRM, and data warehousing (including Google Ads, GA4, Google Cloud, Claude, Salesforce, and Snowflake).
  • Ability to design and deploy LLM-based agents and workflows, including the evaluation mechanisms, safeguards, and observability tools needed to operate them in production.
  • Good knowledge of CRM data models and the data ecosystems used by marketing, sales, and revenue management teams.
  • Ability to evaluate the quality of results produced by AI models and set up appropriate human validation processes for critical business automations.

ASSETS

  • Experience with intent data platforms or programmatic advertising ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of decoupled content architectures (*headless architecture*) and content management tools (CMS).
  • Bilingual French-English. The working language of the position is English; French proficiency is an asset for the Montreal office.
  • THE TEAM

You will join an agile and high-performing internal marketing team, supported by five specialized agencies covering public relations and content, social media, creative and advertising, marketing operations, and video production.

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for strategy, budget, and alignment with the company's leadership.

This is a senior individual contributor role, with no management responsibility at the outset, offering potential for growth as the system and team scale.

WHY JOIN TS IMAGINE?

  • In-person role: 4 days per week at the Montreal office, with 1 flexible day.
  • Unlimited vacation and 3 personal days.
  • Annual bonus and annual salary review.
  • Annual budget of $1,500 for training and professional development.
  • Employer contribution of 3% to the retirement savings plan (RVER/RRSP).
  • Comprehensive group insurance.
  • Subsidized collective transportation (Opus & Cie).
  • Join a global team spread across 10 offices around the world and contribute concretely to the evolution of the financial industry.

Important: This position is not eligible for full-time remote work. Candidates must be based in the Montreal area.
