• Salary: $95,287 to $118,874. The amounts associated with the different levels can be viewed on the website of the Treasury Board Secretariat.

+ This remuneration corresponds to a percentage of 115% of the salary scale for the employee designated to an "emeritus" complexity level position. Upon the end of the designation, the employee reintegrates the salary scale.

+ IT Bonus: possibility of obtaining a specialty bonus in the field of information technology.

How to advance things on a daily basis

• Develop, evolve, and embody the Society's digital vision and strategies, supported by strategic surveillance and analysis of technological trends to guide the Society's digital transformation and influence government orientations;
• Define, structure, and develop the enterprise architecture framework, including principles, orientations, references, and target foundations, to ensure the consistency of architectures (business, data, applications, technologies, security, and interoperability);
• Evaluate and prioritize digital programs, projects, and initiatives related to transformation and innovation, to maximize investment value and support organizational performance;
• Advise and guide managers in their strategic, tactical, and structuring projects; analyze business needs, evaluate technological scenarios, and recommend solutions aligned with digital and government strategies;
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams by ensuring a common understanding of the orientations and impacts of digital transformation;
• Participate and contribute to governance mechanisms in enterprise architecture, particularly by actively participating in architecture committees, to ensure the integration, consistency, and alignment of the Society's and government's orientations.

Job Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in management information systems, information technology, computer engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, or any other relevant discipline, or a relevant certificate of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority

+ Each missing year of education can be compensated by one year of relevant education of equivalent or higher level than required.

+ The required degree can be compensated by a master's degree in a relevant discipline comprising a minimum of 45 credits.

+ The required degree can be compensated by a bachelor's degree in a non-relevant discipline comprising a minimum of 90 credits and six (6) years of relevant professional experience.

+ For consideration, any education completed outside of Canada must be subject to a comparative evaluation (equivalence certificate) issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI).

+ The person may submit their application if they are in the process of completing the final year of education required for the degree.

• Possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a work permit issued by the competent federal authority to occupy a position in the public service of Quebec.

+ A person pending the proof of their permanent resident status or a work permit issued by the competent federal authority may be considered during the selection process. However, they must possess permanent resident status, Canadian citizenship, or a work permit issued by the competent federal authority at the time of their appointment.

• Possess eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in activities related to the position, including one (1) year in activities that have allowed familiarization with "emeritus" complexity tasks.

*Have knowledge of French appropriate to the functions.

Other Requirements Related to the Position

Security Clearance: The prerequisites for hiring are the verification and evaluation of financial solvency and criminal records.
