POSITION MISSION

• Support and manage the team in daily operations while maximizing sales.
• Plan, organize, and control all operational activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promote the brand and values of m0851.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales and service objectives set by the Management;
• Motivate and lead the team by example to provide an exceptional customer experience;
• Participate in the training of new team members on customer service, operations, performance, loss prevention, and any other company policies;
• Assist the manager in using reports and data collection to identify unit sales and stock levels;
• Ensure product placement and a visually impeccable presentation according to guidelines;
• Manage all after-sales service requests and all customer requests according to policies and guidelines;
• Continuously evaluate the quality of service;
• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the store.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 4 years in retail commerce
• 2 years in team supervision

• Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations;
• Demonstrate discretion in giving directives to others;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in implementing procedures and policies related to retail commerce;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem-solving ability;
• Good team spirit;
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.
