The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s values of craftsmanship, quality, and design excellence. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury retail, artisanal products, and client service.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Ensuring the achievement of sales and service objectives according to directives;
• Leading by example in motivating and coaching the team in offering exceptional customer service;
• Training new employees on customer service, performance, daily tasks, loss prevention, and all other company policies and procedures;
• Database entry for daily reports to help identify unit sales and inventory;
• Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising in compliance with company directives;
• Managing all client requests related to after-sales service;
• Consistently evaluating the quality of the service;
• Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of the store environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience in supervision
