Full-time position expected for eight (8) months.

  • Participates in meetings and collaborates on the development of television and digital production needs. Organizes production logistics according to the director's requests: production schedule and hours, resource bookings, team movements, costume, accessory, and set element deliveries, etc. Prepares the production notebook in whole or in part. On assignment, may follow up on production expenses;
  • Researches and selects audio-visual material from various sources. Informs oneself of the rates and conditions required for the release of broadcasting rights. Acquires the material according to the authorized parameters;

  • Plans, establishes, and adjusts the schedule of actors, musicians, and collaborators for rehearsals and recordings. Convenes participants. Collects and compiles the data necessary for the preparation of contracts, fees, and payroll. Ensures these documents are written, signed, and followed up;
  • Prepares, checks, and transmits documents related to the show or filming. Keeps all these elements in a file. Records, corrects, and completes the show's data. Follows up on subsequent requests after the show's broadcast (broadcasting rights, copies, various requests from external organizations, etc.);
  • Scouts and transfers selected notes and shots to a digital support for editing;
  • Ensures the link between the Society's services and collaborates closely with CBC Sports;
  • Views, checks, and timeshow segments, reports, and transmissions. Reports any quality issues. Notes the necessary information (durations, presence of international sound, entry and exit of overlays, tape identification, contentious images, etc.).
