Hours: Flexible, 70 hours over 2 weeks | Hybrid work, with telework and in-person, according to the operational needs of the unit, with a minimum of 3 days per week in person

Your Mandate
You perform, in one or more areas such as budget, files and other administrative and operational support activities, various tasks related to general office work. More specifically, you:
- make purchase requests or purchase orders and validate the invoices attached to them;
- provide administrative support in material resources such as cellular telephony and computer equipment;
- work, build and maintain up-to-date files, coordinate their processing and ensure that files to be processed contain the required documents and information;
- perform compilation and transcription of data on various subjects requiring adjustment, updating, selection and sorting, etc.;
- complete, verify or certify various forms and ensure their compliance with supporting documents, regulations or directives;
- perform and/or verify, using established and precise data, billing calculations, estimated and progressive costs of work, labor and material costs, cost of goods sold, interest, etc., balance various accounts and invoices;
- perform various tasks related to the maintenance of office equipment and supplies inventory; you take into account the needs of users, prepare supply requests and see, when required, to their distribution.
DESIRED PROFILE
- High school diploma or vocational studies diploma in a relevant field for the job
- 1 year of experience in general office work, administrative support and customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software suite and SIMON application, desirable
