Main Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer support (email, chat, phone) in French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve user inquiries (accounts, orders, products).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to TalentPop App's quality standards.
• Update databases and CRM after each interaction.

Skills & Selection Criteria

• Language skills: C1/C2 level in French + conversational English.
• Required experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service (connected environment, E-commerce, or contact center).
• Skills: Meticulousness, attention to detail, stress management, and autonomy in remote work.
• Required equipment: PC/Laptop (i5 minimum, 8 GB RAM), fiber/high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps), and a quiet work environment.
