Bilingual Project Manager, Implementation of Defined Benefit Pension Software (Remote Work)

You will manage these projects end-to-end, navigating a matrix structure where you collaborate with quality assurance, development, and business analysis teams based in the United States and Canada. This requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build influence through credibility and relationships, and the ability to navigate competing organizational priorities.

Occasional travel is required for client demonstrations, project launches, and urgent issue resolution, while working 100% remotely the rest of the time. What you will do:

• Support project delivery by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and team activities
• Coordinate project activities across interdisciplinary teams including Configuration, Data, Quality Assurance, Product, and Development
• Maintain detailed project plans, action logs, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and status materials to support accurate and timely reporting
• Facilitate project team meetings and document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early; support mitigation planning and escalate items requiring senior leadership attention
• Prepare and support client-oriented status updates, deliverable tracking, meeting materials, and follow-up communications
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and governance processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and project feedback
• Apply modern delivery practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts, to support team planning and execution
• Use AI tools to improve personal productivity and daily project coordination, including meeting notes, action summaries, status updates, and communication tracking
• Support AI-assisted delivery practices by helping maintain accurate project data, dependency entries, RAID updates, and delivery preparation information
• Contribute ideas to improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end software implementation projects, data migrations, system conversions, formula development, and form customization from start to finish
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification validated by concrete project accomplishments, strong references, and proof of managing complex projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in both languages
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Practical experience using generative AI tools, copilots, or automation tools to improve individual productivity, documentation quality, project tracking, and routine reporting
• Availability to travel occasionally for client demonstrations, project launches, and escalations in the United States and Canada

Assets

• Knowledge of Agile principles, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and ticket management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Prior experience in pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technological solutions

Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will be regularly called upon to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, vendors, or external partners); interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English-language IT environment as part of tasks with an international scope.
