Working hours: 14 hours during a session and 35 hours during the summer

Availability: Daytime, Monday to Friday

Start date: August 2026

Status: Contract for the fall 2026 session with the possibility of extension for the winter 2027 session

Work mode: The work can be performed in a hybrid mode (remote work and in-person at the office). All these modalities will be determined at the time of the final selection of the chosen person.

Hourly wage starting at $21.65 A 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.

The remuneration is determined based on the relevance of all your studies and experiences related to the job.

Therefore, it is important to detail in your registration form, for each job listed, all the tasks performed, the start and end dates, and the number of hours worked per week, as this document will serve as a reference for establishing the remuneration.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Provide administrative support to contribute to the proper functioning of the Employer Compliance Service.

Human and financial resources

  • Validate employee declarations regarding variable hours or in-office presence. Notify the manager of any anomalies found.
  • Validate the compliance of any request for support, payment, reimbursement, or acquisition before approval by the service manager. Route the requests to the appropriate person and ensure their follow-up.
  • Keep the various lists, organizational charts, and tracking tables of the Service up to date (financial, human, and material resources).

Support for management

  • Support the director in any related tasks of follow-up, updating, reporting, information gathering, or organizing mobilization activities.
  • Create, modify, and format documents in various formats (files, diagrams, databases, etc.).

Material resources

  • Ensure the logistics for the organization of various meetings, work training sessions, or for travel.
  • Ensure adequate provisioning of the Service and order the required materials (various supplies and equipment).

  • You must be currently enrolled in studies relevant to the job.
  • You must be at least 16 years old as of June 30.
  • High school studies
  • Be enrolled full-time in a high school program or in the following training field:
  • DEP: Administration domain
  • DEP: Secretarial domain
  • Any other studies deemed relevant to the job
  • French language

You must have appropriate French language skills for the job.

Other elements of the desired profile

  • Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, learning and helping capacity, team spirit, and adaptability.
  • Great proficiency in office software (Office 365)
