Under the responsibility of the Director of Supply and Logistics, you will hold a strategic and cross-functional position within the department.

More specifically, you will be called upon to:

  • Ensure the maintenance, updating, and tracking of the department's strategic planning, in line with organizational priorities and the establishment's orientations;
  • Coordinate the mechanisms for tracking priorities, action plans, schedules, and performance indicators;
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze the management information required to support decision-making, reporting, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises to identify best practices and support decision-making;
  • Coordinate projects entrusted to you, including the development of needs, identification of solutions, and implementation;
  • Produce financial analyses, feasibility analyses, and change impact analyses;
  • Serve as an expert advisor to colleagues and managers regarding the optimization of supply and logistics processes and the selection of technologies to implement;
  • Undertake cross-functional initiatives, including planning, coordination, and, when required, functional supervision of other team members involved in the work;
  • Lead the implementation of the training program and collaborate to coordinate the department's training activities;
  • Participate in audit or validation activities and formulate improvement recommendations;
  • Actively contribute to the implementation, updating, and tracking of the risk management plan, particularly in areas of corruption, collusion, contractual integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (administration, operations management, industrial engineering, project management, logistics, supply);
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating complex and cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Minimum of 2 years of significant professional experience in a supervisory or professional position with strategic responsibilities;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply and logistics;
  • A combination of education and experience deemed relevant may be considered.
