ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every client. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Montreal and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our services and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
• Document all interactions accurately in our systems
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client needs
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset)
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with computers and basic software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
