Weekend Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Assist in meeting the immediate needs of newcomers and/or refugees in terms of settlement (e.g., housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.)

Support the integration of newcomers and/or refugees into society and the labor market (e.g., facilitate access to various community resources, language courses, and professional training)

Offer mentoring programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees Support for Youth

Offer mentoring, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth Support for Elderly Workers

Implement age-discrimination policies that discourage hiring older workers
