Receptionist

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Receptionist welcomes clients and performs various clerical tasks to assist the Sales Department. The Receptionist has the following responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome clients and visitors and direct them;
• Open and close the showroom;
• Conduct inventory of samples;
• Complete the visitor log;
• Send and receive mail;
• Answer calls and transfer as needed;
• Manage email inbox;
• Respond to LiveChat;
• Complete sales statistics board;
• Complete customer files;
• Print weekly documentation (delivery dates, customer files, etc.);
• Send weekly customer reminders;
• Send weekly documentation to the distributor network;
• Organize the work environment;
• Perform other clerical tasks as requested by sales staff;
• Perform all other tasks related to the position.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in secretarial or reception;
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• Good writing skills;
• Bilingualism;
• Punctuality and attendance.

• WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour
